1. Refund Policy
When Refunds Are Issued
No refunds shall be issued except in the following cases:
- Double Charge: If your subscription is charged twice for the same billing period due to our system error, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
- Payment Processing Error: If you are charged due to a technical error on our payment platform (system malfunction, duplicate transaction, unauthorized charge), a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
When Refunds Are NOT Issued
Once subscription is successful, no refunds shall be provided for:
- Completed subscription billing periods
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
- Unused premium features or services during your billing period
- Unrecognized charges (verify your account login for authorization)
2. Refund Request Process
How to Request a Refund
- Email payment@aimedilabs.com with:
- Your account email address
- Transaction ID / Order ID
- Date and amount of charge
- Clear explanation (double charge or payment error)
- Proof (screenshots of duplicate charges, error messages, etc.)
- Our support team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method
- Bank processing time: Additional 3-5 business days (depending on your bank)

3. Chargeback & Dispute Handling
Important: Contact Us First
Before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact us first at payment@aimedilabs.com. We can often resolve refund requests faster than bank dispute processes.
If You File a Chargeback
If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we will:
- Immediately revoke your subscription access and premium features
- Record the dispute on your account
- Suspend your account for 30 days
- Require dispute resolution before account reactivation
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Duration: Immediate
Cancellations take effect immediately (within 24 hours of submission)
How to Cancel
- Log in to your AimediLabs account
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation (you will not be asked why)
- Confirmation email sent within 1 hour
What Happens When You Cancel
- ✓ Your subscription is marked as cancelled immediately
- ✓ Premium features disabled immediately (after 1 hour)
- ✓ You retain access until the end of your paid billing period
- ✓ You can download your health records before access ends
- ✗ No refund issued for the current billing period
- ✗ No charges on your next billing date (auto-renewal prevented)
Reactivation After Cancellation
If you cancel by mistake, you can reactivate your subscription anytime by logging in and selecting a new plan. Your previous data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
