1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AimediLabs (aimedilabs.com), including any free tools, medical calculators, patient dashboards, healthcare professional workspaces, or services therein, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this platform.

2. Nature of the Service

AimediLabs is a unified AI healthcare ecosystem providing:

• 100+ free, anonymous AI tools for patients, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, researchers, and medical students
• AI Self-Serve — free signup with pay-as-you-go AI credits for AI tools
• One-Time Doctor Consultation (₹200 beta offer, normally ₹500, including applicable GST) — a registered MBBS doctor explains a specific report, diagnosis, prescription, test advice, or next-step doubt
• Health Manager (₹1,000/month beta offer, normally ₹1,400/month, including applicable GST) — ongoing health record organisation, nurse/coordinator check-ins, and doctor escalation when needed
• Pay-as-you-go AI Credits (from ₹100, no subscription) — buy once, use at your pace, valid for 1 year
• Medical calculators (CHA2DS2-VASc, BMI, SOFA, Wells, NEWS, and others)
• AI-powered chat that learns health context and provides personalized insights

All services are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for clinical decision-making.

3. Critical Medical Disclaimer

AimediLabs tools are NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AimediLabs is not a medical provider. We do not establish a doctor-patient relationship. All content is educational and informational only.

AI systems can make errors, hallucinate information, or provide inaccurate clinical guidance. Never rely solely on AimediLabs output for:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
• Emergency care decisions (always call emergency services for emergencies)
• Drug prescribing or dosage changes
• Clinical management of serious conditions

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional — doctor, nurse, pharmacist, or specialist — before acting on any information from AimediLabs.

4. Data Privacy & Storage

Free Tools

When using free tools, AimediLabs does NOT store your inputs, conversations, or health data. All processing is real-time; data is discarded after your session ends.

Patient Dashboard & Healthcare Workspace (Login Required)

When you register for a paid dashboard or workspace, we encrypt and store your data. You own your data. We:

• Use end-to-end encryption for health data
• Follow HIPAA guidelines for health information security
• Never sell, share, or profile your health data
• Allow you to download or delete your data anytime

5. User Accounts & Registration

If you create an account for the Patient Dashboard or Healthcare Professional Workspace, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree not to share your account with others. AimediLabs reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use AimediLabs for personal, educational, and professional informational purposes. You may NOT:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Submit malicious code, viruses, or malware
• Use automated bots, scripts, or API calls for mining data
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to user accounts or patient data
• Resell or redistribute AimediLabs services
• Submit sensitive personally identifiable health information (for free tools)

7. Advertising & Content

AimediLabs is supported by third-party advertising networks (including Google AdSense). Advertisements are served by third parties and do not represent endorsements by AimediLabs. We are not responsible for third-party ads, including their accuracy or content. You can customize ad settings through your Google Ad Settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, tool interfaces, medical calculators, AI models, and databases on AimediLabs are the intellectual property of AimediLabs or its licensors unless explicitly stated. You may use tools for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

AimediLabs uses third-party AI providers (Gemini, GPT-4o, DeepSeek), cloud infrastructure, and services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Third-party links on our site do not imply endorsement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AimediLabs is not liable for any damage, loss, or harm from using or relying on this platform, AI outputs, or third-party content
• AimediLabs is not liable for medical errors, missed diagnoses, adverse events, or clinical failures
• AimediLabs is not liable for data loss, account compromise, or service interruptions
• Your use of this platform is entirely at your own risk

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AimediLabs and its operators from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any laws or third-party rights.

12. Children's Use

AimediLabs is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can remove it.

13. Billing & Refunds

Plans & Credits

AimediLabs offers AI Self-Serve with pay-as-you-go AI credits (from ₹100 one-time, no subscription, valid 1 year), a One-Time Doctor Consultation (₹200 beta offer, normally ₹500), and Health Manager (₹1,000/month beta offer, normally ₹1,400/month). Monthly plans automatically renew each month unless cancelled. AI credit purchases do not auto-renew.

Refund Policy

No refunds shall be issued except:

• Double Charge: If your account is charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge within 3-5 business days.
• Payment Error: If you are charged due to a technical error on our platform, we will refund the erroneous charge within 3-5 business days.

No refunds shall be provided for:

• Completed monthly plan billing periods (no pro-rata refunds)
• AI credits already purchased (credits are non-refundable once issued)
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with service
• Unused paid services, plan access, consultations, or AI credits, except where required by law or explicitly stated

To request a refund, contact payment@aimedilabs.com within 7 days of the transaction with proof of double charge or technical error.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Duration: Immediate (takes effect within 24 hours)

You may cancel a monthly plan anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellation is final and the plan will not auto-renew. No refund is issued for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of your paid billing cycle. AI credits are not affected by plan cancellation and remain valid for their 1-year term.

Payment Method

Payments are processed via secure payment gateways (Razorpay/PayU). Your payment card is tokenized (encrypted); we never store raw card data. Monthly plan charges occur on your billing date.

14. Suspension & Termination

AimediLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to paid services (Patient Dashboard, Healthcare Workspace) at any time if you violate these terms, submit harmful content, or engage in abuse. Refunds for paid services are at our discretion.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AimediLabs after updates constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of AimediLabs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Disputes may first be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India) before a mutually agreed sole arbitrator. Nothing herein prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Cookies & Advertising

AimediLabs uses cookies for essential functionality (session management, authentication) and analytics (Google Analytics). Third-party advertisers, including Google AdSense, may set cookies via our pages to serve personalized advertisements based on your browsing activity.
